How can I add money to a Linked Card?

Open the app and select ‘Cards’ at the bottom of your screen, then press ‘Add Money’ under the card you wish to top up. On the next screen, choose ‘Top up’ to add money directly from your bank account or ‘Exchange’ to move money across from your personal card.

Linked Cards can only be managed through our mobile app, if you don’t have access to a mobile and need to transfer money, please get in touch.

How do I activate a Linked Card?

Linked Cards must be managed through our mobile app.

To activate them, open the app and select ‘Cards’ at the bottom of your screen. You will then be able to see all your cards, including Linked Cards. Select ‘Activate’ under the card you are looking to set up.

Can people I’ve given Linked Cards to earn cashback rewards?

Yes, if they use their Linked Cards at any of our participating retailers they will earn up to 3.5% cashback on their purchases, which will be credited to your account.

What are the ATM withdrawal limits?

Linked Card users can withdraw up to £1,500 per day, or local currency equivalent, from an ATM.
